Northern Lights

A sketchy thing I did to get warmed up and get used to using my tablet again! I haven't drawn much since my last deviation and this is probably the first decent thing I've done which I can upload without cringing too much haha. Or at least I'm happy with the thumbnail. Ignore the lack of detail in this picture (like the very sketchy gingerbread-looking person  ). I'll get around to drawing more detailed things eventually. SOMEDAY.

I'm trying to draw more from references now rather than completely from my mind. I find that I'm learning a lot more from drawing this way and hopefully it will lead to some improvement!
