Emily Hayes Redraw

Hey guys, remember this drawing I did in March this year? ( aesuithielsilver.deviantart.co… ) Well I decided to repaint it and look - improvement yay! It's not perfect but I'm really quite proud of it (which is unusual for something I've painted haha)

In case you don't know who this is - this is Emily Hayes from Kazu Kibuishi's Amulet graphic novel series. If you haven't read it yet, I highly recommend it!

I'm thinking of trying to paint these bust-portrait things for some other characters from Amulet too (I can't believe I haven't drawn any Amulet fanart since that last drawing I linked up there!), but we'll see if time permits.
